Subscribe to the BlogiPhone SDK 3.1 beta 2 and iPhone OS 3.1 beta 2 are now available. They are for development and testing only and should be only used on IPhone OS 3.1 dedicated devices.

Softpedia also provides us with a list of features this will be adding:
- Trimming video clips on the iPhone 3GS offers the ability to save the edited version as a copy rather than simply overwriting the original file
- Voice Control over Bluetooth available
- MMS enabled by default
- iPhone vibrates when rearranging Home screen icons
- A “Fraud Protection” toggle in Safari settings
- Improved iPhone startup and loading times
- new APIs
- improved OpenGL and Quartz.
